I know you submitted your question a while ago but, I defaulted with CapOne and they charged it off. That was over 7yrs ago. Now I have three CapOne cards, so yes they do forget!

Not saying you, but... Sometimes when the bank sees unusual activity, they'll cut back on benefits. Then if the account is just making min pmnts, and charging more than paying. They'll cut back your limit or even suspend the card until it's paid down or off.
I don't understand how you can have a hundred point difference between scores. They have a reconsideration dept, that doesn't ding your credit score. Maybe by then EQF's score might have caught up? Worth a try... Good luck!
My credit shot up 60 some odd pts. and now your recommendations are for the higher scores.
If I accept one of the credit card recomendations, are they going to use the old 642 score.
Or will they use the new "Vantage" score of 717?
