These Intuit Credit Karma Plus Subscription Terms of Service (“Subscription Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Credit Karma Plus subscription service (“CK Plus”), which includes various services, such as bill negotiation, identity protection and reimbursement, data deletion and tax filing. By subscribing to CK Plus, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms. These Subscription Terms are in addition to, not in lieu of, the following agreements (which are hereby incorporated by reference):

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms will control with respect to the subscription and related billing, renewal, and cancellation matters.
You further acknowledge and agree that your use of CK Plus may also be subject to additional terms, conditions and policies of third-party providers whose services, content or functionality are made available through, or integrated into, your subscription to CK Plus. Your purchase and continued use of CK Plus constitutes your agreement to comply with all such applicable third-party terms.
1. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
1.1. Subscription. CK Plus is offered on a recurring subscription basis (the “Subscription”). This means that the provision of CK Plus will auto-renew at the end of the then-current Subscription Period (defined below), unless you cancel before the billing date, and will require recurring payments at the frequency stated at the time of purchase. We may offer one or more Subscription plans for purchase, each with a Subscription length (a “Subscription Period”). You acknowledge that the timing of when you are billed may vary, including if your Subscription began on a day not contained in a given month (e.g. if you have a monthly subscription and became a paying subscriber on March 31, your payment method may be billed next on April 30), due to free trials and other promotional offers, or changes in your Subscription or payment method. You may view your next recurring billing date in your account settings.
1.2. Subscription Changes. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add, modify or remove benefits and features from a Subscription at any time. Your continued use of the Subscription and/or CK Plus after the changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not wish to continue subscribing with the modified features, you may cancel your Subscription as set forth below. If you accept the modified subscription features, its terms and conditions will apply for the next renewal and all renewals going forward.
1.3. Subscription Fee and Payment. We or our payment vendor will charge you the fees associated with your Subscription (the “Subscription Fee”) and any applicable taxes for CK Plus in advance on a recurring interval (e.g., monthly or annual) as disclosed to you at the time of purchase. By providing a payment method for your Subscription, you expressly authorize Intuit and its service providers to charge your designated payment method for the Subscription Fees, plus any applicable taxes, at the beginning of your Subscription (or at the end of a free trial) and on a recurring basis upon each periodic renewal, unless and until you cancel your Subscription. Payments will be billed in U.S. dollars. Subscription Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Subscription Terms.
1.4. Automatic Renewal. If you purchase a Subscription, you are enrolling into an automatically-renewing subscription requiring a recurring payment plan. Unless otherwise stated when you enroll and subject to applicable law, your Subscription will automatically renew for the then-current fees after your initial Subscription Period ends (the “Renewal Date”), unless you cancel before the Renewal Date, we decline to renew your Subscription, or these Subscription Terms are otherwise properly terminated. Unless you cancel prior to the Renewal Date, you authorize us to charge the then-current Subscription Fee to your payment method for the subsequent renewal period.
1.5. No Monetary Value. Subscription purchases have no monetary value (for example, they are not a cash account or equivalent) and are purchases of only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable right to access and use CK Plus in accordance with these Subscription Terms. You may not transfer, sell, purchase, barter, or trade your Subscription or attempt or offer to do so. Any attempted transfer will be null and void.
1.6. Payment Information. You must maintain accurate, current, and complete payment and registration information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your CK Plus Subscription. We may receive updated payment information (e.g., new credit card number or updated expiration date) from your payment card issuer and you authorize us to use these details using programs supported by your card provider to help prevent interruption of your Subscription. If you wish to update your designated payment method at any point during your Subscription, of if there is a change in your payment card validity or expiration date, you may edit your payment information through the settings in your account. Following any update to your payment method, you authorize Intuit and its service providers to charge your updated payment method. If your payment method expires and you do not update your payment information, or if your payment method cannot be successfully charged for any reason and you have not cancelled your Subscription, you authorize Intuit and our service providers to continue billing that payment method or any other payment method associated with your account, and you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a charge to your payment method is not made or denied for any reason, we may, at our discretion, terminate, disable, cancel or suspend access to your Subscription without further notice.
1.7. Information Errors. If a stated price or other material information is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the Subscription at that price and reserve the right to cancel, terminate or not process your order (including accepted orders). We will notify you of the error and either provide you with a refund or give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.
2. Price Changes
We may change the recurring Subscription Fees from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next Subscription Period following the date of the price change. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price change in accordance with applicable law, and you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your Subscription prior to incurring the new charges. However, we may not be able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes. If you do not agree with the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
3. Free Trials and Promotions
We may, from time to time, offer promotional trial subscriptions for free or at special discounted prices. Such trial or promotional memberships are subject to terms accompanying the promotional offer (including which users are eligible for the promotional subscriptions) as well as these Subscription Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offer terms. Trials and promotional memberships may be limited to one per household, and there may be restrictions associated with combining promotions.
Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if we offer you a free trial, the specific terms of your free trial will be provided to you when you enroll. If your Subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged the applicable Subscription Fees during your free trial. To obtain the free trial, you may be required to provide a payment method to ensure uninterrupted access and continued use after the free trial ends. Once your free trial period ends, your first payment will be automatically charged to your payment method immediately at the then-current Subscription Fees, unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the expiration of your free trial period. If you start a free trial and cancel before it ends, you will lose access to the subscription-based features at the end of the free trial period. We reserve the right to terminate any free trial period at any time.
We may also offer, in our sole discretion, promotions subject to terms that will be provided to you in promotional materials or during your enrollment. After your promotion ends unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the end of the promotional period, we will begin billing your payment method at the then-current, non-promotional rate and your Subscription will continue to automatically renew at the then-applicable rate unless you cancel.
Any free trial period or promotion is at our sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent misuse. You may only be permitted to use one free trial or discounted price offer. If your Subscription is ever cancelled or terminated for any reason, and you purchase an additional Subscription, you may not be eligible for a free trial or to take advantage of another discounted price offer.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1. Cancellation by You. You may cancel your CK Plus Subscription at any time through the membership account page associated with the Subscription.
4.2. Effect of Cancellation. If you cancel, your cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the applicable Subscription Period during which you cancel. When you cancel a Subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your Subscription, and you will continue to receive access to CK Plus until the end of the then-current Subscription Period (unless we provide you with a refund or otherwise allow you to use the unused portion towards another service or subscription).
5. Refund Policy
The refund policy below specifically applies to your CK Plus Subscription, notwithstanding any general “no refund” language found elsewhere in the Credit Karma Terms of Service.
5.1. Refund for First Payment (7-Day Window): If you seek a refund, we will offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Subscription payment. Requesting a refund under this 7-day policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your CK Plus Subscription going forward.
5.2. Refund for Dissatisfaction (Last Payment Only): If you are unhappy with CK Plus and your Subscription is active, you may request a refund for the last Subscription payment only. Refunds granted under this dissatisfaction scenario will also result in the immediate cancellation of your CK Plus Subscription going forward.

5.4. No Prorated Refunds. Except as described in Sections 5.1 and 5.2, or as otherwise required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial or unused Subscription Periods.
6. Service-Specific Terms
6.1. Bill Negotiation.
- The bill negotiation service is offered by and in partnership with Billshark.
- There is no guarantee that any negotiation will reduce bills, result in savings avoid service interruptions or otherwise improve your financial position.
- You understand that these bill negotiation services are not financial, legal, credit repair, tax or debt management services, but are informational and administrative services only.
6.2. Identity Protection and Reimbursement.
- The Allstate Identity Protection services including dark web monitoring, identity theft restoration, and identity theft expense and stolen fund reimbursement is offered by InfoArmor, Inc., a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation.
- The above named services are governed by these Terms and Privacy Statement.
- Products and features are subject to change. Certain features require additional activation and may have additional terms. Coverage limits and exclusions apply. See policy for details.
- Expense and Stolen Funds Reimbursement. Depending on your plan, reimbursement for certain expenses and losses might be available to you if you have an eligible loss while you are subscribed for Products. Coverage is outlined in the Summary Description of Benefits for the Personal Internet & Identity Coverage Policy (the “Summary”) and check your plan for which types of coverage are included for you. This benefit is underwritten and administered by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, an Assurant company. Please refer to the underlying policy and summary of benefits for terms, conditions, and exclusions of coverage, which are available in your online account or [new link is being created that will link to coverages that apply to AIP’s CK bundle.] Coverage may not be available in all jurisdictions. Note that before reimbursing any funds, Allstate Identity Protection will attempt to remediate your stolen funds using its standard process.
- For identity restoration and identity theft expense and stolen funds reimbursement, pre‑existing known identity theft is not covered. You have an excluded, pre‑existing, known identity theft if, on the date of purchase of plan, (1) you are aware that your personal information has been accessed by an unauthorized person or entity; and (2) they have used or attempted to use your personal information for their financial gain.
- Identity protection services cannot detect or prevent all forms of fraud, identity theft or unauthorized activity, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable depending on third-party data sources.
- You understand that we and Allstate Identity Protection do not guarantee that intervention on your behalf will result in a particular outcome, or that any efforts on your behalf will lead to a result satisfactory to you. You also understand that the identity protection and reimbursement coverages included herein do not include any advice, counseling, or assistance to improve your credit record or rating, only to mitigate risks resulting from identity theft.
6.3. Data Deletion
- The data deletion service is offered by and in partnership with Array.
- Data deletion submissions result in requests to a limited number of data aggregators and brokers. You understand that there is no guarantee that these third-parties honor such requests, or that these third-parties will not recollect or otherwise re-embed your personal information at a later point.
- This data deletion service does not ensure compliance with privacy laws, and does not constitute legal advice or a substitute for a legal privacy program.
- LIMITED AUTHORITY TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF. In order to make an Opt-out request, Array may need to interact with Data Broker Sites on your behalf. You expressly authorize Array, its agents, servicers, and its employees, to act as your personal representative in order to submit Opt-out requests to Data Broker Sites and:
- obtain information on your behalf;
- submit your personal information to the Data Broker Sites;
- communicate with the Data Broker Sites or other third parties on your behalf;
- agree to applicable terms and conditions imposed by these Data Broker Sites;
- complete and sign or execute documents on your behalf; and
- take other actions that Array believes is reasonably necessary to complete an Opt-out request from a Data Broker Site or to implement the service for you.
6.4. TurboTax Benefits
Your Subscription may entitle you to discounted pricing on certain TurboTax services described in the Intuit Terms of Service for TurboTax Online Services (the “TurboTax Terms”) (such discounted pricing, the “TurboTax Benefits”). The specific TurboTax Benefits available with your Subscription depend on the Subscription plan you purchase, as described at the time of purchase or otherwise disclosed to you. TurboTax Benefits can only be applied to TurboTax services for the applicable tax year supported by TurboTax and are not available for prior-year filings.
Your TurboTax Benefits are subject to these Subscription Terms. Your use of the TurboTax services is subject to the TurboTax Terms and any additional terms, as applicable.
6.4.1 Product Selection
If you do not select a version of the TurboTax tax preparation services before authenticating to TurboTax, Intuit may, depending on your Subscription plan, (i) show you the applicable discounted pricing for the version(s) of the services included in your Subscription plan, or (ii) recommend that you select the highest-value version of the services available under your Subscription plan. You acknowledge and agree that such recommended version may be shown to you; however, you may choose any other supported version of the services at your discretion.
Where your Subscription entitles you to discounted pricing on TurboTax non-tax preparation services and such services are compatible with the version of the TurboTax tax preparation services you have selected, Intuit may automatically add such non-tax preparation services to your cart.
6.4.2 Pricing
TurboTax Benefits apply only after your Subscription becomes active and do not apply to TurboTax services purchased before that time.
If you authenticate to TurboTax before selecting a version of the TurboTax tax preparation services, Intuit will automatically apply the TurboTax Benefits available under your Subscription plan so that any applicable discounted pricing is reflected when you select a service. If you select a version of the TurboTax tax preparation services prior to authenticating to TurboTax, and upon authentication Intuit recognizes you as a Subscriber entitled to discounted pricing for that version of the services under your Subscription plan, Intuit will automatically adjust your price to the applicable Subscription price, provided that the Subscription price is equal to or better than the price previously presented to you.
If you remove a TurboTax service from your cart, you may not be able to select that service again or-access any applicable discounted pricing or entitlement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, TurboTax discounts or promotional pricing available through your Subscription cannot be combined with other TurboTax offers, promotions, or discounts. If more than one offer could apply, Intuit may, in its sole discretion, apply a single offer that results in the best available price.
6.4.3 Cancellation
Your TurboTax Benefits become available at the start of your Subscription and expire at the end of your Subscription Period. You must complete and file your return(s) before the end of your Subscription Period in order to retain the benefit of any discounted pricing for TurboTax services available under your Subscription plan.
Prices for TurboTax services may change after your Subscription Period ends. Intuit is not responsible for removing, updating, or repricing any items that remain in your cart after that time. If you have not successfully filed your return(s) before the end of the Subscription Period, you will be required to pay the then-current price for any TurboTax services that you continue to use, including, without limitation, to complete, print, or file your return(s).
