Question
LVNV Funding, LLC -have no accounts with, never open accounts with
Company in the business of purchasing completed life cycle accounts and charged-off accounts. Suddenly listing on consumer credit report as owner of debt thus appearing as current debt, however no contractual agreement ever made with company by consumer. Invalid/bogus account negatively affects credit score with all three credit bureaus.

A collections company doesnt need to make a contract with you. They make a deal with the holder of your debt. That is how the system works.

This company is good for going after any type of debt, you may owed someone and they charged it off. Sold it to them for penny on the dollars and they will report this is a new account in addtion to the charged off. Collection companies do this all the time. You have to prove that you don't owe them. They can put whatever they want on you credit without any proof or documentation. If they are wrong it is your job to get all of it removed which can take months and alot of headaches.
