It sounds like an identity theft. You should get a police report first, then dispute all accounts to the corresponding banks with your police report. By law you are only liable to $50 at max for each credit card. And then you should place a blcok on all three credit bureaus against any future pulls of your credit report without your permission. Placing a block is free of charge and by doing it you prevent any unauthorize pulls for future credit applications.

are we talking about bank accounts or credit cards? either way file a police report and give the police all the information you have and let them do there job. i would also check to see if by chance in another state under your personal information there is not another drivers lincense( i know my spelling is abit off) contact the federal goverment about what else you can do. i had my ssn bought and sold in a flea market a few yrs ago.
