Official Rules for the $50K Win Streak Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.

Sweepstakes Dates. The $50K Win Streak Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 4 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, and ends at 9 am PT on Monday, July 27, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into five entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Entry Periods are as follows (all times PT):

Eligibility. In order to be eligible, participants must be (i) 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older; and (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States, including Washington, DC, but excluding Florida and New York. Employees of Credit Karma, LLC (“Sponsor”) are not eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED AND IN FLORIDA AND NEW YORK.

How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may enter using one of the following two methods:

  • Log-In Entry: An eligible participant will be automatically entered simply by logging into their Credit Karma account (“Log In”). “Log In” means a participant’s successful authentication to their existing Credit Karma account by entering their registered credentials (username and password, or via any other authentication method made available by Credit Karma) and being granted access to their account on the Credit Karma platform (website or mobile application). A Log In is deemed to occur at the time Credit Karma’s systems record a successful authentication event. You can multiply your entries by Logging In during more than one Entry Period. There is also a streak multiplier for entries submitted during consecutive Entry Periods (“Streak Multiplier”). The first time you Log In, you will receive 10 entries. If you Log In during the subsequent Entry Period, you will receive a Streak Multiplier of 1.3 on your entries (10 x 1.3=13 entries). The Streak Multiplier goes to 1.5 for your third consecutive Entry Period (10 x 1.5=15 entries), 1.8 for your fourth consecutive Entry Period (10 x 1.8=18 entries), and 3 for your fifth consecutive Entry Period (10 x 3=30 entries). You therefore will receive 86 entries if you enter in five consecutive Entry Periods. If you miss an Entry Period, your Streak Multiplier re-sets to zero. 

Here are other examples of how entries accumulate if the streak is broken or starts late:

  • Perfect Streak (Log In All Five Entry Periods): 10 + 13 + 15 + 18 + 30 = 86 entries
  • Log In Every Entry Period Except for Entry Period 3: 10 + 13 + 0 + 10 + 13 = 46 entries
  • Log In Entry Periods One, Three, and Five: 10 + 0 + 10 + 0 + 10 = 30 entries
  • Log In Entry Periods Four and Five: 0 + 0 + 0 + 10 + 13 = 23 entries
  • Log In Only Once: 10 entries 

If you enter via Log In entry, your Credit Karma account must remain open and in good standing through the Sweepstakes Period and the awarding of the prize. You are welcome to Log In as often as you like, but, if you Log In more than once during an Entry Period, you will not receive entries for subsequent Log Ins during that Entry Period.

  • Email Entry: An eligible participant may enter the Sweepstakes without Logging In by sending an entry email by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to: sweepstakes@creditkarma.com (“Email Entry”). Email Entries must state “50K Win Streak Sweepstakes” in the subject line and must include: the entrant’s complete name (no initials) and state of residence. Email Entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period for which they are submitted. If you send an Email Entry during Entry Periods One or Two, you will receive 23 entries. If you send an Email Entry during Entry Periods One or Two and then send a second Email Entry during Entry Periods Three, Four, or Five, you will receive 63 entries (for a total of 86 entries). If you send an Email Entry for the first time during Entry Periods Three, Four, or Five you will receive 38 entries. If you send two Email Entries in Entry Periods One and Two or two Email Entries during Entry Periods Three, Four, and Five, you will not receive additional entries for the second Email Entry you submit.

Conditions Applicable to All Entries. Limit 86 entries per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry. If you exceed 86 entries based on a combination of Email Entries and Log-In entries, you will receive credit for a maximum of 86 entries. Entries received in excess of the 86 entry limit from any person or email address will be subject to disqualification if discovered by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, script, macro, or any other automated means or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, contest-entry services or multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins) is prohibited and will void all entries submitted by that entrant if discovered by Sponsor. Entrants must use their own name. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time that in Sponsor’s opinion does not comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, unavailability of phone lines or connections, cellular phone service, or any other technical malfunctions or inability to transmit messages or entries. Received entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification. After the close of Sweepstakes Period, winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners by email (either the email associated with the potential winner’s Credit Karma account or from which the potential winner submitted the Email Entry). Such email may include a Non-Disclosure Agreement, the terms of which must be accepted to allow Sponsor to verify the potential winner’s identity and collect the information necessary to deliver the prize. A potential winner must respond to the initial notification attempt within five business days. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or returned prize notifications. Awarding of prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. A potential winner may be asked to complete, sign, and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and Publicity Release form (TN residents need not sign Publicity Release) and, if so, do so within five business days of the time Sponsor sends such document to winner. All activity arising out of and relating to the Sweepstakes, including any reference to an entrant’s status as a “winner,” is subject to verification and/or auditing for compliance with the Official Rules, and, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to cooperate with Sponsor concerning such verification and/or auditing. The potential winner also may be required to provide certain tax documents and account information in order to effectuate transfer of the prize. By entering or accepting a prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice, opinions, information, biographical information, hometown, and jurisdiction of residence for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. (TN residents need not so consent.) If a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, if a potential winner does not respond within five business days of first notification attempt, if a prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, if a potential winner fails to sign and return required documents and provide required identification or account information by the deadlines established by Sponsor, or if a potential winner declines prize offered, the prize will be forfeited and, time permitting, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a second-chance random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may conduct up to two alternate drawings, time permitting. Any alternate winner is subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules. If a winner cannot be verified for the prize after one alternate drawing, no further drawings will be held for the prize, and the prize will not be awarded.

Prize. There is one grand prize. The grand prize is $50,000. There are four platinum prizes. Each platinum prize is $5,000. There are five gold prizes. Each gold prize is $1,000. The total value of all prizes is $75,000. The prize will be awarded to the winner via ACH transfer. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which has the right to substitute the prize with another of comparable or greater value. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen prizes. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Conditions of Participation. By submitting an entry in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and any decision Sponsor makes regarding this Sweepstakes, which Sponsor will make in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical, printing, or clerical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials and to make other changes that do not materially affect the substance of the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if, at its sole discretion, Sponsor finds such entrant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or if such entrant shows a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent, these Official Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner the Sponsor determines to be not fair or equitable; (b) in an annoying, threatening, or harassing manner; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Sponsor through information technology systems in Sponsor’s control, but Sponsor shall not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules nor the failure, delay, or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. If there is any conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any of the entry or marketing materials used in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.

Disclaimer, Release and Limit of Liability. SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS META, TIKTOK, X, SPONSOR, AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIER, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUBSIDIARIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (a) ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION,WHETHER CAUSED BY ENTRANTS, PRINTING ERRORS, OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR USED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (b) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DISCONNECTIONS IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (c) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE SWEEPSTAKES; (d) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES; OR (e) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY THAT MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause that corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes, it will determine the winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination of the Sweepstakes, if it is possible to do so. If Sponsor terminates or modifies the Sweepstakes, Sponsor will post notice on the official Sweepstakes website and on any of Sponsor’s social media pages on which Sponsor has advertised the Sweepstakes.

Privacy and Use of Information. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to use any information collected in accordance with its privacy policy, which may be found at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES. ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SWEEPSTAKES (“CLAIM”) IS GOVERNED BY THIS SECTION, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE WILL BE IN THE COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA. IF THE CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT MUST THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR MUST BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR MUST BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA.
