why has my score gone down with on time payments?
the only thing that has changed on my credit is on time payments and my score went down verses going up for on time payments..... WHY???????????????

Did you open more credit card accounts while paying things on time? Credit score also analyze your debt to income ratio. So yes, although you pay things on time, but if you open more credit cards, than your score will go down as well.
