why does my total # of accounts changes every month

Good question?

why does it show on creditkarma that my total accounts have lowered but i have not had any changes,it keeps showing a negative impact every month, my credit score has stayed the same. this has been showing for four months now, what can i do to correct this?

Try getting your full credit report from the official site annualcreditreport.gov.  It is free once per year and you will probably be able to spot the discrepancy.
