what's the chance of getting a credit card approved if u have the credit score of 742?
i have a credit score of 742, i am planning of applying for a credit card. but i am confused about which one should i apply. i am afraid if it does not gets approved then my credit score might decrease. seeking suggestion about which card is good for this rang of credit score.

Try Capital one because they have cards for most score ranges. They do look at debt to income and employment also. Good Luck.

If you don't have lots of recent inquries you should be in good shape. Chase and Capital One are good cards for your credit level.

how old is your credit history?? , i would recommend a credit union. stay away from chase. also get an Amex ZYNC, start a history with amex . charge card and credit will help show different types of credit.
