i went to sears store and ask for increase this kid has me sign paper after he ask few questions that sounded legit then say he screwed it up and we repeat this process.then out prints a paper he says you were denied and i look at it and see that he applied for me a new card about now out comes another paper its the same only it was same bank but a different card i was denied on it too.i yelled and screamed and eventually left to find later that my score dropped 70 points because of this.can i fix this?

I'm sorry to hear this mistake occurred! Wow what a stressful situation. It's quite possible that the best thing that you should do is to file a dispute with the credit bureaus regarding this discrepancy. That would at least be my recourse. Also, since you were denied credit, it also your right to request a free copy of the credit report that was used in the decision making process by the company (Sears) in this instance.
