How can I force removal without an attorney?

Contact the creditor and ask for a debt validation letter, If they cannot validate the debt as yours they must remove it. HIPPA laws are so strict they cannot releast medical information and there are laws about what they put on your credit report. If they validate the debt as yours and you can pay it send them for a pay for delete letter. Asking them if you pay it will they delete if from you credit report. I have had a lot of success with this.
