WE PAID MORTGAGE IN FULL IN JULY 2011. WE STOPPED PAYING THE CREDIT UNION IN FEB. DUE TO BAD CONTRACT WHEN WE SOLD TO OTHER PARTIES. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INSURANCE CREDIT BUREAUS WOULD NOT INSURE UNLESS WE STOP PAYING. IN FEB THEY CHARGED OFF THE HOME EQUITY LOAN. THEN WE PAID THEM IN FULL IN JULY EVERYTHING WE OWED THEM SO THEY REPORTED THE HOME EQUITY LOAN 4 MONTHS DELIQUENT WHEN IT WAS CHARGED OFF IN FEB AND DIDNT EXIST. CAN THEY DO SUCH AS THIS. IT WAS ALREADY CHARGED OFF. HOW COULD THEY REPORT IT LATE???
