If you know the name of the bank take your ID and 2 or more other forms of identification to that bank and request a list of all accounts in your name. Make sure all of the accounts for and against you were signed accounts by you. by that I mean they must produce all signature cards, pictuers loan papers including copies of your IDs or ids used for the activation of those accounts. make sure to also take in a copy of your credit reports showing the last digits of these accounts. They are required by law to provide to you those items. if they don't file a fraud report with them and the local police department stating you have no knowledge of these accounts other than your credit reports showing them.
