my credit score is 603. would anyone lend on this low score if pay came directly out of my paycheck?

Try Capital One lots of people are reporting good success with them.

You might want to look into Capital One as suggested, but that will only be good for credit cards. Go for one of their limited history cards... If you need personal loans, you might need to wait a while. Cap One will only do personal loans by invitation.
