Question
I want to refinance my high interest car loan, but I owe $6922 and all I see is a 7500 minimum.
I am currently paying 16.88%!!! I only have 17 months left on it, but I have started the Dave Ramsey debt free program and I want to refinance but it seems as if it's impossible unless I have 7500 balance!

Have you asked your bank or credit union if they can refinance it? Credit unions are usually pretty good about that, and you don't usually have to be a member to get a loan.
