Say, I once used 50% of the credit line on one card. The credit report will record that as the high balance and it remains even after I pay it off. This is definitely a negative factor.
Will that record disappear after some time, if I start to use my card carefully and never let the statement balance exceed 30%? If yes, how long?

the high ballance doesnt matter it just shows that you use your card the only numbers that matter is last reported ballance and last payment amount
