how do i make my score better, I've been at 683 for a while?

Good question?

My score has been at 683 for months now I have a car payment of about 15k and 2 credit cards open one with a balance of 3000. How often does the score change? Does it change just by me making my payments?

Eventually (not fast unless you previously weren't)..You could probably do with more accounts or paying down balances significantly.
