I pay my balance in full each month. The most recent balnce reported was actually the first of Jan. Have had 2 $0 dollar balances since then yet it's reporting an old balance.

well they thak the number from the last billing cycle and that gets reported if you pay it after the bill is generated than a ballance will show on your report they only report your ballance once a month

I believe that they report after the statement is issued each month, and the amount they report is the balance owed from the last statement. Check your statements to make sure your balance was zero at the time the bill generated. If not, whatever balance is listed is what is being reported.
