Cancel a credit card or keep it open?

I have a financing credit card through Wells Fargo retail services I opened in November that I used to buy a Christmas gift with no interest since times were kind of hard for me at the time. I have the card paid off now, and will not be using it again, ever. Is it a good idea to keep it open, or should I close it?

Just a little about me for the sake of history,
20 years old
$30k salary
680ish credit score (trying to improve)
Only have around $500 credit card debt, which will be paid off in the next 2 months
About $7300 in student debt
No credit history, besides student loans and credit cards

Also, given the above circumstances, how would you say i'm doing financially? I know i'm young, and have my whole life ahead of me, but I want to get my credit off to a good start since i'll (probably) be getting married and/or buying a house in the next 5-7 years.

Thanks for looking, and thanks for the help from anyone who offers it.

If there is no annual fee, just keep it open. It will help build your credit.
