can a renter send to the Credit Bureaus his 2 1/2 years of rent payments on time?
Renting for two and a half years with all payments on time. My landlord is not sending in this info to the Credit Bureaus. She is an individual and is not doing it. Can I as renter contact the credit bureaus myself and give them the info. If so how and where do I send

No. Traditional credit bureaus only take data from lenders. There are some no traditional bureaus like eBureau which will take your rent info. But they don't really help on your traditional score and you have to pay them.
