2010 foreclosure is not shown on credit report
The balance for my mortgage still shows up on the credit report but the bank took the house back in 2010 and paid us to leave quickly in return for agreeing that the debt was settled. The balance still shows up on my credit report as late or unpaid and is figured in to the debt to income ratio. when will this change?
