American express customer service sucks... I signed up for a promotion with 50k reward points and two years free membership and when I got the card the membership benefits was 10k rewards and 1 year free membership. Called their customer serivce quite a few times and got pathetic responses from them and they were pretending as if they never knew of such a promotion...one of their supervisors also had a bad attitude and wasnt speaking politely....looks like amex has lost their legendary customer service... I am waiting for them to respond and if they dont honor what they had advertised, will cancel the card in writing and also see if people would be interested to file a class action lawsuit....deceptive marketing tactics by amex....
