i'm not so sure about CK score either.
i get a monthly statement from a certain credit card.
CK reports my score is 50 lower. even TU reports different.
i have paid off ALL debt except house and CK keeps showing
my score lower and lower, however, with the Big 3, it has
increased over 100 points in the last year.
go figure.
use as a guide, but don't carve it in stone.
remember, you can get a "free" score once per year.
if you are denied credit, you can also obtain your
report from that particular co.
all three have "top secret" formulas.
also called your FICO score.

chase !! LOL i pay in full every month. like other posters, APR should be a non-issue.
i had this card. maybe 2 years. we'd buy something, then pay it off. out of nowhere, we bought like a tv or something.
Chase closed our account, saying that we were 'TOO CLOSE TO OUR CREDIT LIMIT' !!!!!!
i sent them a check when i got the bill.
say la vee.....
(i don't know how to spell that)
good riddance !!
chase is not the only card out there !!
citi card actually lowered our rate when i called them.
again, pay your bill in full every month, and the APR won't matter.

i agree with you on chase. we bought an item up to our credit limit and then before we could get the bill and pay it off, like we always did every month, they sent a notice saying we were too close to our credit limit. closed our account.

they also don't like to "give" you any money...
been there since i was a kid. four times, they wouldn't let me withdraw money - said it was larger than my usual deposit...
still haven't let us close our mother's account, even though attorney says we have all our ducks in a row...
