It is truly biased and unbelievable that only new Sprint customers get the good deals.... What happened to taking care of the old reliable customers?

Guido - I agree with your sentiment. However I think if you've been with Sprint for at least 1 year, you are likely eligible for a similar deal. log on to your account sprint . com and look for "upgrade phone" link
