You will see some fluctuations. It will drop some due hard inquiry/s, and average age of credit will drop too (at least in some models). You may see a very large increase as one mortgage gets paid off and the other not reported yet, or a large drop as one starts reporting before the other reports as paid off.

Over all in less than a year you should see it balance about out to where you started.  But I would never let your credit score be a determining factor in getting a refi.  Are you going to be able to cut down on the interest you pay over the life of the loan, do you have to change the monthly payments due to negative life happenings, do you have to have cash out for emergency needs?  These are about the onlt three reasons to get a refi, the first one being the most inportant.
