Would it hurt my credit if I did a balance transfer to another credit card but with the same bank?

Check with your bank before you try

Most won't let you transfer from on account to another like that, Specially if you're doing a 0% transfer.

But in general, you would see a bunch of fluctuation in your scores for about 90 days.

At first you will be showing high balance on the one account, Where you are now.  Once you do the transfer there's a good chance that both accounts will show the high balance for a while. So your score will reflect the high ballances on bith cards and your score will drop. Then you will show the big payment on the original account and you score will bounce back up.  The whole process can take a couple of months.

Good luck
