Would a rapid rescore make a new card for which I'm an AU show up if it hasn't after 60 days?
I'm an AU on my wife's card. Applied together over 60 days ago. Showed up on at least two of her reports after the second billing cycle but has yet to show up on mine. Wanted to apply for a mortgage in the near future and wondered if a rapid rescore could take the place of watching and waiting for this card to report...

A rapid rescore won't make an account that hasn't reported report.  The rescore will just generate a new score based on whatever data is in the report.
