Slim to None, 

With a Credit Score that low would seem your Credit History / Report is a mess.   Would say you need to clean things up. 

Once you Clean up your credit Report and that might take a year or two ,  and your FICO score is above 700 Then you might think about going for  Home Loan.

 Until then,  nope won't happen ( just my 2 cents worth )

You will not be able to obtain a home loan with a score of 514. However, some lenders are willing to work with people with poor credit starting at 580. As a general rule, 640 is the starting credit score for an FHA loan but it is not uncommon for certain lenders to offer them at a 600 score.
