Will I never have credit???
I am so frustrated other this credit nonsense! I am 28 years old. I have NEVER had a credit card. No one would ever approve me for one. I can't even get a cell phone plan. I have never been able to get credit. Last year my car died so my husband and I bought a used car, but my credit score landed me a whopping 27% interest rate. I didn't have a choice but to take it. I make my payment on time every month. The only other debt I have is student loans, and I'm not in repayment yet, I'm starting grad school soon. I have old medical stuff as negative accounts, but not only is it more than 5years old, but many of the bills were from when I was on my parents insurance in college and I was covered by insurance. I have disputed the accounts before to no avail. Other than that, there is nothing in my credit. Yet my score is 600 and no one will give me credit due to a lack of revolving credit. What am I supposed to do? My husband and I want to buy a house later this year.... But that's probably not going to happen because my credit is impossible. What do I do??
