Wife's account was deactivated. Sent multiple emails to support, how does she activate it for use?
She had one account, was deactivated so we tried to make her another, but it stated a duplicate was already there, obviously. However, multiple emails to support have proved useless. She needs to have her account activated, how do we go about doing this?
