Why would my Trans Union score be 703 on credit karma and when pulled by a creditor be 533?

Two reasons:
1) CK uses the Vantage 3.0 calculation, where the creditor used FICO.

2) CK only accesses Transunion and Equifax... it does not access Experian (but your creditor might have).

As explained in the articles here, it is simply a matter of different calculation methods. If yo[u haven't read this information, it would be to your benefit to do so. Helped me a lot!
