Hi Pscantrell1973!

The most likely culprit is that there are differences on your credit reports.  When you apply for credit, for example, the hard inquiry generally only shows up on the credit report for the agency that was pulled.  (Discover uses Equifax, Amex uses Experian).    If the scores are dramatically different though, that could mean something inaccurate is being reported.  I'd be sure to pull your credit report and go through it very carefully.  Anything that doesn't look right can be a red flag.

A misspelling of your name.  Dispute it.   An address where you've never lived.   Dispute it.  Collections that you aren't familiar with.  Dispute. Dispute. Dispute.

Hope that helps!
