Why is my score not changing
On Capital One you're saying I'm at 41% but we have pain down to $600 that's been over two months ago but it still shows it's too high you need to fix this problem it's on TransUnion account

OnlyYOU can see this information and you are addressing your problem to a forum of regular people who can't make any changes for you.  Read the articles here so you can learn how credit works and make the needed changes so your score can go up. You definitely want your usage to be at or below 10% and pay balances in full every month. THAT will greatly help your score.
