Didnt you just answered yourself? They are based on different scoring models and versions, hence FICO 8/5/2 and CreditKarma uses VantageScore3.0, where it discount one's paid collections, while most other scoring models count them the same/similar paid or unpaid...

Besides, if all your scores are the same? Then you would have no need to pay for your scores. It's busines, any company can tell/sell you a credit score base on their own scoring model, but majority of them bears very little real world relevance, because lenders/creditors do not use them to determine your credit worthiness.
