There are many factors in credit scoring.

The amount of available credit that yo have may be to low. Or there may be a derogitory remark on your report.

some other things to consider...

Is your available credit equal to a years salary?

do you have a good mix of credit types?

age of credit history?  do you have accounts over 5.8 years old?

any of these can keep your scores low.  Plus there are others, but these seem to be the most common factors i have found.

Good Luck
