Why is my auto loan shown as closed if I am in good standing with the lender?
I have a loan through GM Financial and am in good standing on the website, never missed a payment or even been late. I am very confused. I have had the car since January of 2015 and I made my payment on the 18th of this month (the due date) and CK is saying my account was closed that day? I am very worried I have not received any correspondence with the lender so I don't know what is true or not.
