Calm down.

First off, I am a woman which is something you did not pay attention to when reading my response.

Second, this site gets it's information from Transunion, which is only one of the three credit reporting bureaus.  Your card might report to either Experian or Equifax, which are the other two credit bureaus, and they don't report often to each other.

Go to annualcreditreport.com to get copies of all 3 credit reports for yourself and look them over carefully.  This is something you should be doing every year to make sure only the correct information is reported.  You can file disputes over WRONG information with the credit bureau reporting it.  They have to investigate and either verify or delete the disputed items.

In due time!!

It takes time for the credit card information to get posted to the credit bureaus and the changes to be noted.  While we do llive in the computer age, it still takes humans to input the data.  There is no such thing as "instant credit reporting."

Corrections

Hay this is the Internet, we don't have to call anybody sir!

Make sure they are reporting your information to the correct name.  You are dealing with computers that are so stupid that they think a month has only 30 days.  You are just a number to them.  You have to correct every detail yourself.  The people that you talk to do not know anythinmg at all.  It will take more than one call, and you will need a supervisor before it is done.

When they make the corrections it can still take two statement cycles for changes to appear.

This card reports a balance of over $1,200 when I haven't owed them for years.  It should show 0 balance.
