Why is a payed Dell Preferred acct not used to determine correct ratio?
I bought a Dell computer via Dell Preferred credit account. The debt is payed in full and is worth $4000 to use in determining credit ratios. It does not show up here. Why not?

Probably because it is not listed as a revolving type of account. These accounts, like credit cards, have a credit limit that you can freely utilize. You Dell accout was like a mortage. Once you pay for it you cannot utilize it again. It therefore does not count in your credit limits nor is used in the calculation of your utilization.
