No one here has access to your credit report nor can anyone change anything.

I take it you closed a credit card account intending for it to help your score.  The reality is that even if you close an account it will remain on your report for 7 years from the last payment.  Its part of your credit history.  It will report as closed but it will not go away completely.  Also note that closing accounts will not help your score. It will lower your available credit, which means that the credit you do use will have a harsher effect on your score.

Take some time to read the articles and blogs here on CK to learn how credit really works and how to manage it.

Good luck
