Inquiry(s), lowering your average age of credit, time since new account, possibly taking on more debt (higher utilizations), all can affect your credit profile/score negatively. Typically, it takes 3~ish month for your score to recover from opening new credit card, more robust your credit profile is? less impact it might have.
