Kohl's charge card is issued by CapOne, maybe that's where the confusion/mix-up comes from. Dashboards, credit factors or whatever some third party's editorializations about your credit, which is what Credit Karma is doing, has no relevance in the credit world, what is important and relevant is what's on your actual credit reports. And NO, reading the articles here won't tell you that.

The purpose of Credit Karma is to TEACH how credit works.  It is not a credit bureau.

The purpose of Credit Karma is to make their company money, not teach how credit works. The reason people come here is to see what is on their Equifax and Transunion reports and get what they think is their "credit scores". Why do you even get on this forum, you are obviously a very angry person and like to disperse your anger onto people asking questions on this site. I hope you realize that many people experiencing financial/credit problems may be on the verge of suicide and they come here looking for some advice and you give them rudeness. When being rude to a distraught person, it could be enough to push them over the edge and make them give up. Yes may questions are stupid on here, but none of us were born with this knowledge nor may have had the sense to read about it years ago. Please try to be a little more polite to people on here and if you can't say something helpful, try to say nothing at all.

Must be some type of glitch or you are looking at things wrong. I would say that you are looking at things wrong as I don't see any way two accounts could report as one.
