Why do credit inquires from 2014 and 2015 impact my credit scores?
There are 5 credit inquires on my Equifax Report from 2014 and 2015, why are they affecting my credit score? Since they are older than 2016 shouldn't they be removed?

No. They stay on your report for 2 years.

And that is two years from the date the inquiry was made so, if the inquiry was in June 2014, it should be gone.
