payments are only 1 factor

Is your utilization over 30% on a card?  Did you make several large purchases in one month?  Did you open a new credit account? All of these can drop your score.  Did someone check your credit score?

Truth is that scores fluctuate all the time. Sometimes when you least expect them to.

Good luck

Too many variables and not enough info

Could be a number of things...collection, discrepancies, high utilization, too many hard inquiries etc...
