Why can't consumers access their FICO scores directly?
Why is it not possible for consumers to access their FICO scores and the varying FICO score models directly from the source?
Equifax reports my FICO score at 653 yet Credit Karma says it is a 708,
It seems unfair that consumers do not have access to the same scores as banks and other lenders.

There are different scoring models. FICO, which is Fair Isaac Company scoring and Vantage scoring. Read the articles here to educate yourself.
