Credit Scores

The credit score you see here is the Vantage 3.0 score. The mortgage banks usually use FICO. There are several FICO models and mortgage banks usually use one of two FICO models. The dirty (not so) secret is that there are a number of credit scores and depending what type of loan you are applying for makes the difference on which score they use. CK is not a great tool for determining your FICO score. It is a good tool to track your overall credit health.

The scores here are calculated by the Vantage 3 method.  The mortgage company likely used a different scoring model,  Happens a lot and no particular way is wrong.
