why are my Paid in full items still on my credit report. can anyone remove it?
one company said they will remove it and another company said it has to stay on and fall off on its own.

If they are paid in full, have a good payment record and are still reporting, this is good.  If there are negatives on the account, the report may vanish after 7 years.  I hope you did not close any credit card accounts after you paid them in full because that actually hurts your score.  Keep as many accounts as possible active and in good standing for as long as possible.
