Who is better to pay?
One my past credit card bills was sent to a collection agency. The agency has contacted me and I have made two payments with them so far. Would it be best to stay with the payments from them or stop payments and pay the credit card company directly?

When an account goes into collections, it's because the original creditor was unsuccessful in getting the payments so they sold it to the collector.  The collector now owns it and that's the party you make payment to[.

The original company is not going to accept payments. So just continue as you are doing.
