If it isn't yours, it's likely one of the many mistakes made by the imperfect humans who enter the data.

Go to annualcreditreport.com and get copies of all 3 credit reports. Look them over thoroughly and file disputes about the WRONG entries (not your account, wrong information, etc) with the credit bureau reporting them.  They have to investigate and either verify or delete the disputed item.

Make it a habit to check your credit reports once a year to make sure only YOUR information is on your reports.

If the bankruptcy is yours, it remains on your credit report for 10 years from the date it was entered into the court records and it cannot disappear before then.
