When will piggybacking typically show positive results?
I recently piggybacked on a credit card, this increased my age of credit from 1+ year to 5+ years. It also dropped my utilization from 23% to 7%. This week is the first time KC showed the piggybacking being reported but it had no effect on my KC number. Supposedly this works to improve your score, but if TU is "seeing" it now, shouldn't my score have increased? Or will it take a while for some reason?
My score is in the poor range and I was hopeful that I would see a small increase from this.
Appreciate any insight you folks may have.
