When will my IRS Tax Lien release??
I had an IRS Tax Lien filed in 2009. I included the Lien in Bankruptcy in 2012. The Tax Lien was released in 2012. Will the Tax Lien fall off my report in 2016 (7 years after filing) or in 2019 (7 years after it was released)?

Thats unusual.

Most tax liens can not be included in bankruptcy.  So that is unusual in itself.

I would assume that if the account was included in the bankruptcy then it would follow the same pattern, being removed from your report in 7-10 years

Good luck
