when can i get a brand new car again with an APR of 3% or less
i have had excellent credit card utilization(total available $5500)/on my third auto loan since my ch.7 bankruptcy which was discharged sept. 2011. havent missed a payment of any sort, household income is around $45,000 ...current credit score is 695 and keeps climbing every other month. need more info i will be glad to give it!

You really shouldn't be getting a new car loan all the time. It's wasted money in interest. Available credit of $5500 is not that much. You can get a nice pre-owned vehicle that's still under warranty for much less that's only a few months to 2 years old.
